… Soloist; maestro; & NAO musicians undeniably aced the piece.

…A mark of Trudel’s style is his always smooth transition between themes. The adagio movement (Brahms second symphony) offered numerous opportunities to witness this manifestation of his conducting form. The man influences rather than exhorts full measure from his musicians, reflecting a ‘teamwork’ ethic that gleans a positive result.
